i found it boring after Messiah Complex e, it now features daw Rogue and Gambit Smile

And then a faux team of Gambit, Rogue and Danger will be caught in the crossfire for the Dark X-Men vs Uncanny X-Men match...

And then legacy will feature a new character

AdverbLad accidentallt bought Xmen Legagy for me when I was away. He thought I was reading all X-titles and when he saw it was a tie-in with Utopia, he was sure I was reading it.

I was not. I was avoiding this title because my pull list is already unmanageable and bloated.

Damn ang ganda!!!! Kainis! I missed the Rogue and Gambit team up. And why is Danger with them?

She wanted to tag along. Something about being alive that compelled her to join rogue and remy.

I bought the Annual - Nalito ako.

SPOILER

So sa time-line - tapos na Utopia? They got booted out na sa SF! Tapos Emma's with them again.... tapos they relocated in Asteroid M... tapos iba na ang uniform ni Rogue. Tapos me nangyari sa isang bata na hindi ko alam kung ano kasi...hindi pa tapos ang Utopia! Mad

I missed the kids - santo and keller fighting again, other kids walking around, hanging out just being kids.

I like Acuna's art - I completed Uncle Sam and the Freedom Fighters because of him - nagagandahan ako. Me ibang ayaw but kakaiba kasi for me. Bibilin ko pa ang next 3 issues ng Legacy. Very Happy

What! Naku that meant me na-miss si Thor na kunin na comics? Natabunan sa dami ng comics nun wala ako? Kulang bigay nila ke Thor? Hala! Nation X? San yan mag-uumpisa? So bati na si Emma and Scott? Anno nangyari sa plano ni Osbourne? Pag wala ako makita comics, sagutin mo ha Armored Juan! Very Happy

Natapos ang Utopia sa Dark Avengers / X-men - Exodus

1. Bati na sila Scott and Emma.
2. Na-twist parin nya para magmukhang siya parin ang winner
3. Upcoming palang ang Nation X kets (Sa Uncanny sya, so lipat tayo thread for that)

Xmen Legacy #228

Emplate is scary - the mouth and teeth sa hands are creepy. Poor Bling! - an infinite food source!

What touched me is how the kids would risk everything to help their friends - Hope could follow Bling to the dimension where Emplate brought her and if Scott and the others where not there to talk some sense into her, she would have gone to get her friend no matter how dangerous it was.

So instead, Rogue absorbs Hope's powers and goes after Bling. She found the hide out. I loved the bit where Rogue looked into an old peepshow machine and instead she saw what was happening in Utopia in black and white. DOA found rogue and was able to hurt her astral form by setting local monsters after her. And a geek-out momment for X-men fans: DOA said, "Man, if only GEN-X were here! This would be just like old times!"

I've always liked Acuna's art since I stumbled into Uncle Sam and the Freedome Fighters. His Rogue in astral form was beautiful and his DOA and Emplate - scary! But is it just me - Scott's wearing his old Grant Morrison days shirt?

Hindi siguro sila nakakapag dala ng laundry machine kaya recycled ang mga suot ni Scott. Alangan namang si emma ang paglabahin. Dyahe...

Seriously though, the whole thing is perfect. It was on the 2nd time I read it when I realized that DOA was actually using black comedy something that brings me back to Carey's Lucifer days...

And the ending seems pretty standard cliffhanger. What Im more interested is the current condition of Gambit.

Wait a second. Im sensing a trend here.

Angel got his wings ripped apart only to reveal the return of his murderous death persona.

Gambit was on a secret mission in Greymalkin when a HAMMER psychic unglued everything that Mister Sinister worked for in order to hold Remy's Death persona...

So si Wolverine na lang ang kulang and we have three active X-Men (or 2 active 'Force members) that have the Death personae in them...

OOOhhhhh.... Oo nga no? I hope totoong plano nila na lumabas ang trend na yun. So far, nakakatuwa na all the writers for the x-titles (at least the ones I'm reading) seem to be consistent about continuity.
